Eclectic Christmas

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a nice weekend. Today I am sharing an out of the box Christmas card. I made this card while I was working on my Artisan post at the beginning of this month. I was having so much fun with the Carols of Christmas set and I decided I wanted to do something different with it. As I was going through all my DSP to see what I could use, I decided I wanted to use some of the patterns from Naturally Eclectic. I did use one of the patterns on a card in this post. But I really love the paper used on today's card the best and thought why not use it for a christmas card. I used it for the background and then took colors from that paper for the rest of the card. I stamped and embossed the sentiment on Berry Burst cardstock and die cut it with the Layering circles framelits to make it look like an ornament. I also used one of the dies from the bundle to get the stars on the bottom of the ornament. The top of the ornament is Night of Navy cardstock punched with the Pretty Label punch. I stamped some ornaments in Peekaboo Peach and some stars from the set in Pool Party. I finished off the card with some Lemon Lime Twist ombre ribbon. Isn't this a fun take on a holiday card!

I challenge you to make an out of the box Christmas card with some non-traditional DSP.

Have a great day!!
