My cards today focus on the Christmas Around the World DSP. There are lots of fun papers in package but I chose to work with the plaid ones.

I just love the reindeer from the Merry Patterns stamp set so I used him on both cards today. On the first card I stamped and cut him out. Then I cut out one of the wreaths from the DSP and put it around his neck. Cute right!

I used embossing paste on the background and sprinkled it with Dazzling Diamonds to make it super sparkly. Then a doily, a red stitched shape circle and silver sequins finished off the card.

My next card uses the red plaid DSP. On top of the DSP I added the gold polka dots from the Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate. The reindeer was stamped in Versamark and then I embossed him with Gold embossing powder. I finished off the card with some gold thread and the leaf vine. I'm not really sure what you call it but I think it's super cute. This is actually one of the framelits from the Little Love Framelits.

I hope you enjoyed today's card. I hope you are taking advantage of the great DSP sale going on now too. Buy 3, get 1 FREE!! 3. The crown around the neck of the reindeer is so amusing! And the detail of the added flakes on the structured dough brings a real plus. Bravo for his cards!
